Took the clip off to make working on the firewall easy.

Heater box to be removed.

Removed the heater box.

Here's the box.

Removed the core from inside the car.

Ground off all the paint and dirt and grease off the firewall.

Hammer and dollied the lip of the heater box hole to smooth.

Test fit the heater box delete panel.

Welded on all the patch panels that I made or bought.

Here it is all finished welding and ready to be prepped for bondo.
